Standards for Communications

It is essential that all signatories of the communications are registered at the Congress.

ONLY ONE of the signatories will make the oral presentation of the communication.

Papers may be presented in person or by submitting a video that meets the requirements set by the organizers. To do so, one of the authors must record a video that will be shown at the Congress. Once the abstract has been accepted, the video of the presentation must be sent before September 1, 2026, to the Congress Director at mdmsanchez@der.uned.es for screening during the Congress. For papers or presentations in a language other than Spanish, a written transcript of the video must be provided for subtitling. If this step is omitted by the author, the presentation certificate will not be issued.

The minimum time available for the presentation will be 10 minutes and the maximum 20 minutes, depending on the number of accepted communications, and a parallel table system may be used if necessary.

The template designed for the Congress will be used for the presentations.

NOTE: To construct the text, it will be necessary to follow APA guidelines. The following serves as a brief example:

IN-TEXT REFERENCES (CITATIONS)

Regarding students, most prevalence studies agree in highlighting insults or speaking badly of others, without distinguishing between the two in some studies, as the most prevalent negative elements in schools (Cangas, Gázquez, Pérez-Fuentes, Padilla, and Miras, 2007; Cerezo, 2009; Díaz-Aguado, Martínez, and Martín, 2010; Gázquez, Pérez-Fuentes, Carrión, and Santiuste, 2010).

Thus, one of the reasons for analyzing interpersonal values is to understand the role they play in adolescent decision-making (Wallace, Pettit, Scheffler, and Smith, 2006).

The different reports that quantitatively analyze the cooperation of parents through them, repeatedly highlight the scarce participation of fathers and mothers in them (Fernández-Enguita, 1993, 2007; Martín-Moreno, 2000; Martín-Muñoz, 2003; San Fabián, 1997).
